Kate Lampson is part of the third generation of the family owned and operated crane powerhouse Lampson Cranes. In Episode 39 of The Crownsmen Podcast Kate takes us through operating a global company with the family dynamics, how these amazing cranes, like the Lampson Transi-Lift LTL 3000, were developed and the complex logistics of getting their giant cranes from one site to the next.
